In recognition of services to the Community – Ex-Councillor Eric Carter B.E.M

New Frankley in Birmingham Parish Council were delighted to present Ex-Councillor Eric Carter B.E.M, with a plaque in recognition of his services to the Community, ahead of his 100th birthday.
